Group dynamics & anything other happenings in my life

the group dynamic in my JPL group is generally fairly productive, although there are occasional problems of people focusing on other homework during time to work on JPL, including me at times. The bigger issue is that some people in our group is often late, or even doesn't show up for the first 2 periods of the day, missing all of the JPL time, causing the rest of the group to pick up their work. even when these team members are present they are the ones who work on homework the most.

there is not to much currently happening in my life, I just started tutoring a 7th grader in math, that's going pretty well, theater is about to start which will mean a large amount of work (that has already started to a lesser degree) has well has minimal time to do other work, most likely getting home around 10-10:30 most nights.
