My favourite ginger bread designs from years past are van de kamp's bakery, because I like the wind mill aspect of that ginger bread house, and my other favouriote is Union Station, because it is one of my favourite buildings and place in LA and I hope it wins. Union station is a wonderfully designed art-deco style buiding, and it is rare to see other buildings like it. If I where to buidl my own gingerbread house inspired by a fictional or real life design I would build it based of the gherkin in london, because its a funny building name after pickles. I would use icing to detail the windo support lines across the building.
